The Gap and Natural Bridge
Highlights
The Gap and Natural Bridge in Albany are two of the coolest spots to see the wild Southern Ocean at its best! The Gap features a thrilling viewing platform that hangs 40 metres above the crashing waves. You can feel the power of the ocean beneath your feet as the waves surge and spray. It’s like standing on top of the world!
The Natural Bridge is another amazing spot where you can see the ocean carving its way through massive granite cliffs. Both places are part of Torndirrup National Park and are surrounded by incredible views of the rugged coastline, from Bald Head to West Cape Howe. The raised pathways make it easy to explore while protecting the delicate plants and lichens growing on the rocks.
If you love photography or just want to experience the wild beauty of nature, these spots are a must-visit. Just be sure to hold onto your hat – the winds can be pretty strong!
