Discover & Get to Know

Peak Charles Summit

Highlights

Peak Charles Summit is a true challenge for adventurers! Rising 500 metres above the surrounding plains, this granite peak offers amazing views and the chance to explore one of Western Australia’s unique landscapes. The trail to the lookout is a 2-kilometre climb that takes about an hour, giving you a front-row seat to colourful rock formations and rare orchids along the way.

The summit is popular with experienced rock climbers, but anyone who loves nature and hiking will enjoy the experience. At the base, you’ll find a camping ground where you can relax under the stars after your hike. Just be sure to bring all the supplies you need, as there’s no fresh water available!

Adult Supervision Recommended

The steep trails and rock-climbing areas can be challenging and require caution. Adult supervision is recommended for younger visitors.
