Mount Beerwah
Highlights
Mount Beerwah is the tallest of the Glass House Mountains and a thrilling destination for adventurous teens. The 2.6-kilometre trail takes you through lush forests and opens up to rocky heathlands as you climb toward the summit. Along the way, you’ll see the Organ Pipes, a dramatic cliff face that looks like giant pipes made of rock!
At the top, you’ll be rewarded with stunning 360-degree views of the Sunshine Coast, other Glass House peaks, and the D’Aguilar Range. Did you know these mountains are actually ancient volcanic plugs formed millions of years ago? They’re like a window into the Earth’s past!
Adult Supervision RecommendedThis climb is steep and challenging, so it’s important to have an adult accompany you for safety.
