Lerderderg Gorge

Highlights

Lerderderg Gorge is an outdoor adventure spot near Melbourne. This natural wonder was carved by the Lerderderg River, creating a 300-metre-deep gorge surrounded by bushland. It’s perfect for camping, hiking, and exploring Australia's gold-mining history.

The park has trails for all levels, from easy strolls to overnight hikes. Keep an eye out for local wildlife and relics from the gold-mining era as you explore this stunning landscape.

Adult Supervision Recommended Some trails are steep and remote, so supervision is advised for safety.
