Located just 10 minutes from Griffith, Lake Wyangan is a perfect spot for outdoor recreation and relaxation. Created in 1957 from a gypsum mine and natural swamp, the lake offers free camping, boating, fishing, and picnicking opportunities.
Sheltered picnic areas, barbecue facilities, and large grassy reserves make it ideal for family outings, with ample space for games, bike rides, or leisurely strolls. Enjoy the scenic beauty while you relax or explore the lake’s surroundings.
