Kata Tjuta (The Olgas)
Highlights
Kata Tjuta, also known as The Olgas, is a mesmerising collection of 36 domed rock formations in the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Start your visit at the Cultural Centre to learn about Anangu traditions and the spiritual stories connected to this ancient landscape.
The domes are best explored through walking trails like the Walpa Gorge or Valley of the Winds, which offer incredible views and a chance to spot wildlife. Fun fact: The rocks of Kata Tjuta were formed over 500 million years ago, making them some of the oldest landmarks on Earth!
Adult Supervision RecommendedSome trails can be steep and challenging, so it’s important to explore them with an adult for safety.
