Hermit's Cave and Lookout
Highlights
Hermit's Cave is like stepping into a real-life adventure story! This cave was once home to Valerio Ricetti, a man who turned the rocky area into his own little world. He built stone walls, steps, and even named parts of it like “The Garden” and “The Chapel.” How cool is that?
Walk along the paths he made and see his artwork in the main cave. From the lookout, you’ll get an amazing view of the farmlands and hills in the distance. Make sure to wear sturdy shoes because the paths can be a little uneven. It’s a perfect spot for kids who love history and exploring!
