Heart Reef in the Great Barrier Reef is a natural wonder you have to see! This heart-shaped coral formation is famous for its stunning beauty and is best viewed from above on a scenic helicopter or seaplane ride. It’s located in Hardy Reef and is a protected area, so no snorkelling or diving is allowed – but the breathtaking aerial views make up for it!
Many tours combine a flight over Heart Reef with visits to other beautiful Whitsunday spots like Whitehaven Beach. It’s a great chance to take incredible photos and experience one of nature’s most romantic and iconic locations.
