Hastings Caves
Highlights
Step into a magical underground world at Hastings Caves in Tasmania! These amazing caves are full of sparkling rock formations, and you can explore them on a guided tour. The Newdegate Cave is the largest tourist cave in Australia, and it’s been forming for over 40 million years! It’s like stepping into a real-life treasure hunt, where you can see stunning stalactites and stalagmites that sparkle under the lights.
After your cave adventure, take a dip in the warm swimming pool fed by thermal springs. The water stays warm all year round, so you can enjoy a relaxing swim no matter when you visit. You can also enjoy a picnic with your family and keep an eye out for cool animals like platypuses and birds!
Adult Supervision RecommendedMake sure to stay with an adult when exploring the caves and the pools!
