Great North Walk - Watagans National Park
Highlights
Embark on a legendary adventure along the Great North Walk, a historic bushwalk created for the Bicentennial in 1988! It stretches all the way from Sydney to Newcastle and travels through Watagans National Park. While you can choose short sections, the full trail takes about 14 days! If you’re up for a challenge, this track offers amazing views, wildlife sightings, and the chance to see a variety of birds.
The walk here is suitable for experienced hikers, and it’s a great opportunity to explore the heart of nature. Adult supervision is recommended for younger adventurers, especially when tackling the steeper parts of the trail and taking in the views from the Narrow Place lookout.
