Guidelines
- With all self drive options there is available car parking. Please meet at Canungra visitors centre or Nerang fair shopping centre, the times to meet there vary on the seasons so please contact Hot Air Balloon Gold Coast to confirm what time you should meet the day prior to your flight. Please contact 07 5636 1508 if you are concerned you have missed your pick up. The drivers will be able to help you on the phone between 3.30am - 5.30am daily. Any questions out of this time please contact the reservations team between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday and 9am-2pm Saturday and Sunday.
