Five Rivers Lookout

Five Rivers Lookout in Wyndham is one of the best places to witness the incredible sight of five mighty Kimberley rivers meeting the ocean. From this viewpoint, you can see the Ord, Forrest, King, Durack, and Pentecost Rivers as they flow into the Cambridge Gulf, surrounded by mangroves and mudflats. The views from the Bastion Range, which rises 360 metres above Wyndham, are absolutely stunning!
The lookout is a perfect spot for photography, especially at sunrise or sunset when the water glows in the light. If you’re into adventure, you can also watch hang gliders launch from the peak on days when the wind conditions are right. Bring a picnic and enjoy the view while taking in the beauty of this remote part of Western Australia.
