Crystal Cascades is like a real-life adventure park hidden in the rainforest! Just a short drive from Cairns, this spot is filled with sparkling waterholes, cascading waterfalls, and cool granite boulders to explore. The 1.5-kilometre paved trail leads you to several swimming holes and an amazing waterfall at the end – perfect for taking a break and enjoying the fresh air.

You might even spot some wildlife, like goannas sneaking around the picnic area, so keep an eye out! With picnic tables and barbecues, it's a great place to hang out with friends and family. But remember, the pools can have hidden rocks, so always follow the signs and be careful near the water.

Swimming near waterfalls can be risky because of hidden rocks and slippery areas. Make sure an adult is around to keep everyone safe!
