Castle Hill is a popular spot for both locals and visitors, with more than 2,500 people visiting daily. The trails, ranging from moderate to challenging, are great for walking, hiking, cycling, and even mountain biking. Sunrise and sunset are particularly magical times to visit, offering incredible photo opportunities with the golden hues of the sky.
Aside from its natural beauty, Castle Hill has a rich history. During World War II, American soldiers used its vantage point for military operations. A World War II observation bunker still sits on the hill, reminding visitors of its strategic importance.
Facilities at Castle Hill include car parking, public amenities, drinking fountains, and shaded seating areas, making it a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.
