Cable Beach in Broome is a stunning beach that stretches for 22 kilometres with soft white sand and clear blue water. It’s one of the most famous beaches in Australia, known for its spectacular sunsets over the Indian Ocean. You can even ride a camel along the beach while watching the sun set – it’s a unique and unforgettable experience!
Cable Beach is part of Broome’s history and was named after the telegraph cable laid between Broome and Java in 1889. Today, it's the perfect place to relax, swim, or try a fun activity like fishing or sailing. Whether you're lounging on the sand or enjoying a sunset camel ride, Cable Beach is a must-see spot in Broome!
