Bindaree Falls
Highlights
Bindaree Falls is a magical spot in the Australian bush where you can walk behind a waterfall! Just a short 10-minute stroll from the road, you’ll find yourself surrounded by lush tree ferns and the soothing sound of water cascading from the rocks above. The wooden viewing platform lets you get up close, and it's an amazing experience to stand behind the falls and watch the water tumble down.
This place is a dream for kids who love nature and adventure. It’s also a great way to learn about the beauty of Australian landscapes. Don’t forget to visit between November and June for easy access. Seasonal road closures during winter make it a bit trickier, but the walk is worth every step!
If you're a fan of exploring, hiking up to the falls is a brilliant way to spend the day. The cool mist from the water is refreshing, especially on a warm day.
Adult Supervision RecommendedThe area around the falls can be slippery, so it's important to have an adult nearby for safety.
