Barossa Goldfield Trail

Highlights

Step back in time on the Barossa Goldfield Trail and learn about South Australia’s gold mining history! With three different loops to choose from, you can pick a trail that suits your pace. The Lady Pearce Circuit is the longest at 5.8 kilometres, while the Victoria Hill Circuit is a quick 1.4 kilometres.

Along the way, interpretive signs share stories about mining techniques, geology, and the lives of miners. Don’t forget to visit during Re-enactment Day in September for fun activities like gold panning and blacksmithing demos!
